The self-assembled nanoparticles include a glycocholic acid-polymer conjugate and an anticancer agent, and glycocholic acid exists on the surface of the nanoparticles so that particle stability is maintained in the gastrointestinal environment, and is absorbed in a stable state so as to be distributed to various organs.
