Aerosol provision device (100) comprising: a housing (110) comprising an opening (111) for receiving a consumable (250), the housing arranged to, in use, house a consumable; a haptic communication element (120) arranged in the housing; a detector (130) arranged to detect a consumable passing the opening of the housing and provide a signal to the haptic communication element, wherein the haptic communication element is arranged to provide a haptic indication to the user in response to signals from the detector related to the movement of the consumable into and out of the opening of the aerosol provision device. L'invention concerne un dispositif de fourniture d'aérosol (100) comprenant : un boîtier (110) comportant une ouverture (111) pour recevoir un consommable (250), le boîtier étant conçu pour, lors de l'utilisation, recevoir un consommable ; un élément de communication haptique (120) disposé dans le boîtier ; un détecteur (130) conçu pour détecter le passage d'un consommable dans l'ouverture du boîtier et fournir un signal à l'élément de communication haptique. L'élément de communication haptique est conçu pour fournir une indication haptique à l'utilisateur en réponse à des signaux provenant du détecteur associés au mouvement du consommable entrant dans l'ouverture du dispositif de fourniture d'aérosol et sortant de celle-ci.
