SYSTEM FOR REGULATING THE CONCENTRATION OF GLUCOSE IN THE BLOOD OF A PERSON

The invention relates to a system for regulating the concentration of glucose in the blood of a person, comprising: - a device for selectively supplying insulin and glucagon, - at least two infusion sets; - at least one sensor for measuring a glucose concentration in the blood of said person, and - a controller for controlling said device such that a certain amount of insulin and glucagon is supplied per time unit, wherein said certain amount is chosen in accordance with the measured glucose concentration as prescribed by an insulin injection curve and a glucagon injection curve, wherein said controller is further arranged to determine if glucagon is supplied to said person in a chosen time frame, and wherein the controller is arranged to re-assess and optionally adjust the insulin injection curve based on the determination if glucagon is supplied to said person in said chosen time frame. L'invention concerne un système de régulation de la glycémie d'une personne, ledit système comprenant : - un dispositif d'alimentation sélective en insuline et en glucagon, - au moins deux ensembles de perfusion ; - au moins un capteur servant à mesurer la glycémie de ladite personne et - un dispositif de commande servant à commander ledit dispositif de telle sorte qu'une certaine quantité d'insuline et de glucagon est fournie par unité de temps, ladite certaine quantité étant choisie en fonction de la glycémie mesurée comme indiqué par une courbe d'injection d'insuline et une courbe d'injection de glucagon, ledit dispositif de commande étant en outre conçu pour déterminer si du glucagon est administré à ladite personne dans un délai choisi, et le dispositif de commande étant conçu pour réévaluer et éventuellement ajuster la courbe d'injection d'insuline sur la base de la détermination que du glucagon est bien administré à ladite personne dans ledit délai choisi.
