Zusammenfassung: | Provided are a cannabidiol-antimicrobial peptide and an application thereof. The cannabidiol-antimicrobial peptide is obtained by coupling an antimicrobial peptide with cannabidiol by means of a linker. The cannabidiol-antimicrobial peptide has good antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans. The antibacterial rate of the cannabidiol-antimicrobial peptide with a concentration of 10 μg/ml on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans reaches 45.8% to 100%. Compared with separate use of cannabidiol and the antimicrobial peptide, the cannabidiol-antimicrobial peptide has significantly improved antibacterial effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Escherichia coli, providing a new option for antibacterial and bacteriostatic purposes.
