The present application relates to the field of communication devices, and discloses an antenna azimuth adjusting apparatus and an antenna. The antenna azimuth adjusting apparatus comprises an adjusting mechanism and a gear shifting mechanism; the adjusting mechanism comprises a first driving component, a transmission component, and a plurality of adjusting components; the first driving component is transmittingly connected to the transmission component; each of the adjusting components comprises a rotating member and a moving member; the rotating member is sleeved on the outer side of the moving member and is threadedly connected to the moving member; the gear shifting mechanism is transmittingly connected to the transmission component; and the gear shifting mechanism is switched, by means of the transmission component, to be transmittingly connected to the rotating member of at least one of the plurality of adjusting components.
