Zusammenfassung:The present invention provides a battery cell power balancing module, a balancing method, a heating method, and an apparatus, and solves the technical problems of the prior art involving complex circuits, poor flexibility, and inability to take into account thermal management. The module comprises two battery cell side coils, a balancing coil, and three DC/AC converters; a first DC/AC converter has an AC end connected in parallel to one battery cell side coil, and a DC end connected in parallel to a positive electrode and negative electrode of a first neighboring battery cell; a second DC/AC converter has an AC end connected in parallel to the other battery cell side coil, and a DC end connected in parallel to a positive electrode and negative electrode of a second neighboring battery cell; a third DC/AC converter has an AC end connected in parallel to the balancing coil, and a DC end connected in parallel to a direct-current bus; and the two battery cell side coils are insulated from and attached to two side
