The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a nickel source, a manganese source and an iron source with a solvent to obtain a solution A, and mixing a doped metal salt with the solvent to obtain a solution B; and (2) adding the solution A, the solution B, a precipitator and a complexing agent in a parallel flow manner to a base solution for reaction, and once the D50 of the particles in a container reaches a target particle size, removing iron from the mixture to obtain a modified sodium-ion battery positive electrode precursor.
