Zusammenfassung:	The present application relates to a cooling assembly (20) and a battery module (10). The cooling assembly comprises a first liquid cooling plate (21) and a second liquid cooling plate (22). A first liquid cooling flow channel (211) is provided in the first liquid cooling plate (21), and a second liquid cooling flow channel (221) is provided in the second liquid cooling plate (22). The first liquid cooling flow channel (211) and the second liquid cooling flow channel (221) are respectively distributed on two reference planes which are perpendicular to each other; the first liquid cooling flow channel (211) comprises an upstream branch section (2111), a gathering section (2112), and a downstream branch section (2113) which are sequentially connected in series; and the upstream branch section (2111) and the downstream branch section (2113) each comprise a plurality of branch flow channels (2114) which are connected in parallel.
