Zusammenfassung:A liquid crystal phase shifter. A thermoelectric conversion unit (4304) converts the temperature of a liquid crystal layer (3) between a first electrode (41) and a second electrode (42) of a phase shift unit (4) into a capacitance value and stores same in the thermoelectric conversion unit (4304), such that turning on a first transistor can convert the capacitance value into a first electrical signal. Also provided is a phase shift circuit. A signal processing module (4302) is provided to process the first electrical signal and output a drive electrical signal to the first electrode (41), so as to form a capacitance between the first electrode (41) and the second electrode (42), thus controlling the phase shift amount of an electromagnetic wave signal. A load voltage applied to the first electrode (41) is adjusted according to the temperature change, so that the phase change of the electromagnetic wave signal is accurately controlled, thus eliminating the effect of the temperature change on the adjustment pre
