Zusammenfassung:Described herein are novel and improved antibodies that bind Interleukin 4α Receptor (IL-4Rα) and methods of use thereof. In certain aspects, described herein are methods of inhibiting IL-4Rα biological activity. In certain aspects, described herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the anti-IL-4Rα antibodies. In certain aspects, the antibodies and methods described herein are used for treatment of an inflammatory disease or disorder associated with elevated levels of IL-4 and/or IgE. L'invention concerne de nouveaux anticorps améliorés qui se lient au récepteur de l'interleukine 4α (IL-4Rα) et leurs procédés d'utilisation. Dans certains aspects, l'invention concerne des procédés d'inhibition de l'activité biologique de l'IL-4Rα. Dans certains aspects, l'invention concerne des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant les anticorps anti-IL-4Rα.
