An air source conditioning device comprising a condenser (2) having a first ( 3) and a second refrigeration circuit (6), a first modular battery (4) inside the first refrigeration circuit (3) with two first fans (19), a second modular battery (7) inside the second refrigeration circuit (6) with two second fans (20), the first (4) and the second modular battery (7) having a first V-shaped heat exchanger (11) and being composed of a first section (12) and a second section (13), the first section (12) and the second section comprising a first refrigerant circuit (15) and a second refrigerant circuit (16). The conditioning device (1) comprises an additional modular battery (17) having a second heat exchanger (18) with a V-shaped structure and being composed of a third section (12a) and a fourth section (13a) comprising respectively a third refrigerant circuit (15a) and a fourth refrigerant circuit (16a), the third refrigerant circuit (15a) being fluidically connected to the first refrigeration circuit (3) and the fourth refrigerant circuit (16a) being fluidically connected to the second refrigeration circuit (6), the third (15a) and fourth refrigerant circuit (16a) of the additional battery (17) being fluidically separated from each other, the conditioning device (1) also comprising a first activation circuit (23) of the first fans (19), a second activation circuit (24) of the second fans (20) and an additional activation circuit (25) of the additional fans (22) operatively coupled to the additional modular battery (17), the additional activation circuit (25) being configured to activate one of the additional fans (22) when one of the first fans (19) and the second fans (20) is active.
