The method comprises: during a target system starting process, collecting a target outside loading event; obtaining outside loading content from the outside, and converting into a data file and a memory address; before a scheduled start item starts, pre-reading the data file to a memory according to the memory address by means of a pre-reading process. System starting efficiency is improved, and device starting speed is increased.
