The carbon capture unit (1) can allow carbon dioxide to react with an absorbent solution. The outer circulation unit (2) comprises an outer circulation pipeline (23), a temperature adjustment device (22), and a driving device (21). The temperature adjustment device (22) and the driving device (21) are both arranged on the outer circulation pipeline (23), the temperature adjustment device (22) can adjust and control the temperature of the absorbent solution in the outer circulation pipeline (23), and the driving device (21) can drive the absorbent solution to circularly flow between the outer circulation pipeline (23) and the carbon capture unit (1).
