The light adjustment indicator comprises a light adjustment member (130), which is movably provided on a housing (100), wherein the light adjustment member (130) is configured to cooperate with a light adjustment shaft of a vehicle lamp, so as to drive a member to be subjected to light adjustment to move around the light adjustment shaft, so that when an external force is applied to the light adjustment member (130), the member to be subjected to light adjustment can be driven by means of the light adjustment member (130) to synchronously move around the light adjustment shaft, thereby adjusting a direction in which light is emitted from the vehicle lamp, thus providing optimal light according to the development of the design of motor vehicles and an actual usage situation, and preventing a driver of an oncoming vehicle from being dazzled due to direct light irradiation.
