Zusammenfassung:	A portable cardiopulmonary resuscitation device including a compression extender, according to the present invention, comprises a main body, and a compression module connected to the main body and for pressing the chest of a patient in a first direction going toward the lower side of the main body, wherein: the main body comprises an opening formed penetrating in the first direction and the compression module is disposed in the opening; and the compression module has an attachable/detachable pillar-shaped compression extender at the lower end thereof.
