MICROCHANNEL DEVICE FOR AEROSOL CAPTURE AND DETECTION, AND AEROSOL CAPTURE AND DETECTION METHOD

This microchannel device for aerosol capture and detection comprises an aerosol flowthrough section and at least one microwell. The aerosol flowthrough section is a microchannel through which flows an aerosol inflowing from the outside and which has a shape whereby, due to at least any of inertia, vortices, and turbulence generated by flow of the aerosol, aerosol particles in the aerosol collide with a channel wall. The at least one microwell, which is for holding in the interior thereof a detection solution for detecting the aerosol particles, is disposed continuous with the wall in the aerosol flowthrough section with which the aerosol particles collide.
