The personalized nutritional supplement manufacturing system comprises: a nutritional supplement market server for providing, to a user, a service of distributing or selling a personalized nutritional supplement; a health information server in which health information of people, including medication information and physical examination information, is stored; an operation server for determining nutritional composition ratios and dose rates of the personalized nutritional supplement by receiving the health information from the health information server according to a recommended nutritional supplement information request from the nutritional supplement market server; and a nutritional supplement manufacturing device for manufacturing the personalized nutritional supplement on the basis of the nutritional composition ratios and the dose rates received from the operation server.
