MODULE INSERTION ASSISTANCE TOOL AND MODULE INSERTION STRUCTURE

A module insertion assistance tool (10) is attachable to and detachable from a module (60) provided to a terminal end of a cable (100), and is used when the module (60) is to be inserted into an insertion hole (81) of a connector housing (80). The module insertion assistance tool (10) is provided with an opening (15) that is capable of receiving the module (60). The opening (15) has facing surfaces (14) that face each other, and has a shape that allows the module (60) to be press-fitted and sandwiched between the facing surfaces (14).
