Zusammenfassung:Provided is a cured film comprising a cured product of a curable resin composition containing titanium dioxide, wherein the cured film has excellent reflectivity and insulation reliability. This cured film comprises two or three layers of a curable resin composition containing at least a carboxyl-group-containing resin, titanium oxide, and a thermosetting component. If a side surface of the cured film is polished with sandpaper to expose a cross-section and the exposed cross-section is polished using an ion milling device under the following conditions, and thereafter the polished cross-section is observed and elementally analyzed using a scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive X-ray analysis under the following conditions, all of C1/4T, C2/4T, C3/4T, and C4/4T are within the range of 0.7Ctotal to 1.0Ctotal and the maximum concentration difference ratio for C1/4T, C2/4T, C3/4T, and C4/4T is 1.05 or more, where T is taken to be the thickness (μm) of the cured film, C1/4 is taken to be the titanium oxide concentration (mass%) in an area from the surface layer face (T=0) to the thickness direction 1/4T of the cured film, C2/4T is taken to be the titanium oxide concentration (mass%) in an area from the thickness direction 1/4T to the thickness direction 2/4T of the cured film, C3/4T is taken to be the titanium oxide concentration (mass%) in an area from the thickness direction 2/4T to the thickness direction 3/4T of the cured film, C4/4T is taken to be the titanium oxide concentration (mass%) in an area from the thickness direction 3/4T to the thickness direction 4/4T of the cured film, and Ctotal is taken to be the titanium oxide concentration (mass%) over the entire thickness direction of the cured film.
