The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said antibodies, nucleic acids that encode said antibodies, vectors comprising said nucleic acids, and host cells comprising said nucleic acids or vectors. L'invention concerne des anticorps ou des fragments de liaison à l'antigène de ceux-ci qui se lient spécifiquement à CXCR4. L'invention concerne également lesdits anticorps destinés à être utilisés en thérapie, dans le traitement du cancer et dans le traitement d'une tumeur solide.
