Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to micelle nanoparticles comprising a biopolymer-hemin complex, and a use thereof, and, more specifically, to micelle nanoparticles comprising a biopolymer-hemin complex, and a use thereof, the nanoparticles having a core-shell structure formed by the self-assembly of a polymer-hemin complex in which a hydrophilic biopolymer and hydrophobic hemin are bound to each other, thereby having excellent catalase- and superoxide dismutase-like activities and effectively treating, alleviating or preventing inflammatory diseases.
La présente invention concerne des nanoparticules de micelle comprenant un complexe biopolymère-hémine, et une utilisation de celles-ci, et, plus spécifiquement, des nanoparticules de micelle comprenant un complexe biopolymère-hémine, et une utilisation de celles-ci, les nanoparticules ayant une structure coeur-écorce formée par auto-assemblage d'un complexe polymère-hémine dans lequel un biopolymère hydrophile et une hémine hydrophobe sont liés l'un à l'autre, présentant ainsi d'excellentes activités de type catalase et superoxyde dismutase et traitant, soulageant ou prévenant efficacement des maladies inflammatoires.
