This patent also provides a process for the preparation of pure compound of formyula-1 having less than about 0.15% of diasteromer impurity determined by HPLC and its process for the preparation. La présente demande concerne un procédé de préparation de (3'S)-N-[(3S,5S,6R)-6-méthyl-2-oxo-1-(2,2,2-trifluoro-éthyl)-5-(2,3,6-trifluoro-phényl)pipéridin-3-yl]-2'-oxo-1', 2', 5,7-tétrahydro spiro [cyclopenta[b] pyridine-6,3'-pyrrolo [2,3-b] pyridine]-3-carboxamide de formule 1. Ce brevet concerne également un procédé de préparation d'un composé pur de formule 1 ayant moins d'environ 0,15% d'impureté diastéréomère déterminée par HPLC et son procédé de préparation.
