The encoding method comprises: migrating a first point cloud feature of a first scale of a first frame to a second point cloud of the first scale of a second frame to obtain a third point cloud; and according to the third point cloud, encoding a fourth point cloud of a second scale of the second frame to obtain a point cloud code stream.
