La présente invention permet la préparation de poly(acide 3-hydroxypropionique) qui a un poids moléculaire élevé et dans lequel le taux de groupes vinyles du groupe terminal est faible, par production de poly(acide 3-hydroxypropionique) par polymérisation par condensation d'acide 3-hydroxypropionique dans des conditions spécifiques. 본 발명은 3-하이드록시프로피온산을 특정 조건으로 축중합하여 폴리(3-하이드록시프로피온산)을 제조함으로써, 말단기의 비닐기 비율이 낮으면서도 분자량이 높은 폴리(3-하이드록시프로피온산)을 제조할 수 있다.
