The positioning mechanism comprises: a bushing, which is sleeved on a first-injection push rod, is prearranged in a water-soluble member after the water-soluble member is subjected to first-injection molding, and can be configured to position the water-soluble member in a second-injection mold; the first-injection push rod, which is fixed to a first-injection sliding block; a second-injection push rod, which is fixed to a second-injection sliding block and is configured to be inserted into the bushing in the water-soluble member when a second-injection core and a second-injection cavity are closed; the water-soluble member, which is formed in a first-injection mold and is configured to assist in the forming of a plastic part, wherein the bushing on the first-injection push rod is prearranged in the water-soluble member during the forming of the water-soluble member and is configured to position the water-soluble member
