TWO-COLOR INJECTION MOLDED WATERPROOF STRUCTURE OF BONE CONDUCTION EARPIECE AND TWO-COLOR INJECTION MOLDING METHOD

A two-color injection molded waterproof structure of a bone conduction earpiece, comprising an accommodation chamber, a light guide column, a sound production device and an ear hook. The accommodation chamber and the light guide column are molded in an integrated manner by means of two-color injection molding; one end of the ear hook covers the sound production device; and the other end of the ear hook covers the surface of the accommodation chamber and abuts against the side surface of the light guide column. Compared with the prior art, the light guide column and the accommodation chamber are molded in an integrated manner by means of a two-color injection molding process, so that such a structure can avoid assembling gaps caused by assembling the light guide column and the accommodation chamber, thereby improving the waterproof performance of the accommodation chamber, and further enhancing the waterproof performance of the bone conduction earpiece.
