SPRING SUPPORT ARM FOR DISPLAY

A spring support arm for a display, comprising an upper arm (1), a lower arm (2), a first base body (3), and a second base body (4) which are hinged to form a four-bar linkage mechanism, and a spring assembly (5), wherein an end of a screw (52) in the spring assembly (5) is provided with a gearbox (6) which can swing along with same and which is positioned in upper arm shaft recesses (12) by means of shafts. The pre-tightening force of the spring assembly (5) is adjusted by means of reversing of the gearbox (6). The apparatus uses the gearbox design to ensure reliable engagement of a bevel gear pair, overcoming the traditional defects of excessive clearances, and changing of the angle of engagement along with adjustment; and the gearbox and the spring assembly can integrally change along with adjustment of the support arm, thus keeping a spring always in a linear state, achieving relatively stable pre-tightening force, and prolonging the service life.
