Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a porous carbon body, and more specifically, to a porous carbon body satisfying the following three physical properties: a surface area physical property of pores having a size of 2 nm to 5 nm; a surface area physical property of pores having a size of 2 nm to 100 nm; and a physical property relating to a delta graph which is a graph of the values of a nitrogen desorption isotherm minus the values of a nitrogen adsorption isotherm in a nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm according to relative pressure.
