Provided is a CT scanning apparatus, comprising: a first rack; a plurality of supporting devices, which are arranged on the first rack; a rotatable portion, which can be driven by a drive wheel to rotate about a rotation axis, and is jointly supported by the plurality of supporting devices during rotation; a scanning device, which comprises a radiation source and a detector, which are both arranged on the rotatable portion; and an axial limiting mechanism, which is configured to limit the movement of the rotatable portion in a first direction and a second direction, wherein the first direction and the second direction are both parallel to the rotation axis and are opposite to each other. The plurality of supporting devices are also configured to limit the movement of the rotatable portion in a first radial direction.
