Zusammenfassung:	The present application discloses leuconostoc HX-236 and a use thereof. HX-236 takes cordyceps militaris powder as a unique nitrogen source, and a fermentation filtrate can be obtained by means of fermentation culture. The fermentation filtrate comprises high contents of cordycepin and cordycepic acid, and can improve the expression of hypoxia-inducible factors (HIFs) 1α in cells, so that downstream signaling pathways for regulation of inflammatory response, cell autophagy, and tissue regeneration are activated, thereby alleviating the problems of skin aging such as cell viability decline, collagen loss, pigmentation, and skin elasticity reduction caused by hypoxia of the skin.
