Provided in the present application are an electric tool and an electric motor. The electric tool comprises an operating assembly and the electric motor for driving the operating assembly to operate. The electric motor comprises a rotor assembly, a stator assembly and an end cover assembly. The end cover assembly is configured to fix a winding and lead out a plurality of electric-motor lead wires. The end cover assembly comprises a coil end cover and a fixing member. At least part of the coil end cover is embedded in the stator assembly. The fixing member cooperates with the coil end cover to fix the electric-motor lead wires. The end cover assembly can change at least twice the direction in which the electric-motor lead wires are led out. The electric motor provided in the present application has a more compact structure, and can be adapted to electric tools of different sizes.
