The reversing valve assembly (1) comprises a reversing valve component (12) and a driving component (11), the driving component (11) is connected to the reversing valve component (12), the piston assembly (3) comprises a piston rod (34), the conversion assembly (2) has a power input end and a power output end, the power input end of the conversion assembly (2) is connected to the piston rod (34), a power input end of the transmission assembly (4) is connected to the power output end of the conversion assembly (2), and a power output end of the transmission assembly (4) is connected to a side of a valve core (122) away from the driving component (11).
