Zusammenfassung:	A method for determining a HARQ process number, and a related apparatus. The method comprises: acquiring a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process number corresponding to a first configured grant (CG) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH); on the basis of the first HARQ process number, determining a second HARQ process number corresponding to a second CG PUSCH; performing data transmission on a first PUSCH corresponding to the first HARQ process number and a second PUSCH corresponding to the second HARQ process number. The method can determine, on the basis of a HARQ process number of one CG PUSCH, a HARQ process number of another CG PUSCH, so that the HARQ process numbers of the adjacent CG PUSCHs used for performing data transmission are different, which helps to ensure that retransmission scheduling based on the HARQ process numbers can be carried out smoothly.
