Zusammenfassung:A folding apparatus and an electronic device. The folding apparatus comprises: a fixed member; and a rotating assembly, the rotating assembly comprising a first rotating arm (21) and a second rotating arm (22) arranged on two sides of the fixed member in a width direction of the folding apparatus, wherein the first rotating arm (21) and the second rotating arm (22) can rotate relative to the fixed member, such that the folding apparatus is in a folded state or an unfolded state. The folding apparatus further comprises a stop member (5); the stop member (5) is fixedly connected or limitedly connected to the fixed member; when the first rotating arm (21) and the second rotating arm (22) rotate against each other until the folding apparatus is in the unfolded state, the stop member (5) abuts against the rotating assembly so as to limit the first rotating arm (21) and the second rotating arm (22) to continue rotating against each other, thereby limiting the folding apparatus and the electronic device in the unfol
