PROCESS AND SYSTEM FOR PREPARING IRON PHOSPHATE BY USING OUT-OF-KETTLE CIRCULATING MIXING AND STIRRING

A process and system for preparing iron phosphate by using out-of-kettle circulating mixing and stirring. The process comprises the following steps: adding an iron salt solution, a monoammonium phosphate solution and a protective agent to a reaction kettle, and subjecting the obtained mixed solution to an early-stage reaction at 90-100ºC; and after the early-stage reaction is finished, conducting an out-of-kettle circular reaction at 85-90ºC.
