Zusammenfassung: | Provided in the present invention is a method for chemical vapor deposition of an AlCr coating on the surface of a nickel-based superalloy. By means of the method, a coating can be prepared on the surface of a superalloy material; moreover, the preparation process thereof is green and pollution-free, waste generated therefrom is easy to treat, and the treatment cost is low. In the present invention, the method for preparing an AlCr coating by means of chemical vapor deposition is a two-step method, namely chromizing is first performed and aluminizing is then performed; pure Al and pure Cr are used as raw materials in the technological process, and no other element impurities are introduced, such that the coating has a high degree of purity; moreover, the chemical vapor deposition is used in the whole technological process, the technological process is performed in a purely gaseous environment, and reaction gases flow evenly, such that the preparation of the coating is not affected by the size and appearance o |
