Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an inhalation formulation comprising nanoparticles and a preparation method therefor, in which pharmacologically active ingredients are included in the nanoparticles, particle sizes are uniform, and biocompatibility is excellent such that the residence time in the lungs is increased, thereby allowing the formulation to be used as a lung-targeted inhalation formulation that can continuously release pharmacologically active ingredients. In addition, to form nanoparticles, by including a biocompatible polymer and/or lipid and a surfactant at an appropriate ratio, the particle size, encapsulation ratio, and zeta potential difference are optimally controlled, so that a uniform particle size distribution can be provided and agglomeration between particles can be prevented.
