Zusammenfassung:	A method for controlling an air conditioner (70), comprising: when an air conditioner (70) receives a sleep-aiding instruction, controlling an ultrasonic sleep detection module to perform user sleep detection, so as to obtain state information of a user; according to the state information, determining a sleep-aiding policy of the air conditioner (70); and controlling the air conditioner (70) to execute the sleep-aiding policy. In this way, the state information of a user can be determined by means of the ultrasonic sleep detection module, and then the sleep-aiding policy of the air conditioner (70) is determined on the basis of the state information of the user, such that the sleep-aiding policy determined in this way better fits the change rule of the user state, thereby providing a better sleep-aiding environment for the user when the air conditioner (70) is controlled to execute the sleep-aiding policy, meeting the control requirements of users on the air conditioner (70), and further improving the control
