Zusammenfassung: | Provided in the present invention are a low-cost 800-MPa-grade antimony-containing weathering-resistant steel for a photovoltaic support, and a preparation method therefor. The present invention comprises the following chemical components in percentages by weight: C: ≤0.08%, Si: 0.35%-0.50%, Mn: 0.40%-0.60%, P: 0.08%-0.12%, S: ≤0.010%, Cu: 0.25%-0.40%, Cr: 0.75%-1.00%, Ti: 0.120%-0.170%, N: ≤0.0040%, Sb: 0.05%-0.07, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. A hot-rolled steel coil prepared by using the method of the present invention has a tensile strength of ≥800 MPa and a weathering resistance index I of ≥7.5. The steel has good formability and weldability, high strength and low cost, has good corrosion resistance after an appropriate amount of Sb is added thereto, and can significantly prolong the service life of a photovoltaic support and reduce the cost of the photovoltaic support and labor intensity when being applied to the photovoltaic support.
