According to an embodiment of the present invention, an energy-saving biochar production system using organic matter is disclosed, wherein when biochar is produced by drying and carbonizing the organic matter containing moisture, dried pellets which are the dried organic matter are used as fuel for a heat source supply device for drying and carbonization, thus reducing energy use for heat source supply during drying and carbonization. La présente invention concerne un système de production de biocharbon à économie d'énergie utilisant une matière organique.
