L'invention concerne des procédés de pronostic d'un risque accru de prééclampsie précoce (EOPE) chez une femme enceinte avant l'apparition de la maladie. Les procédés comprennent la quantification de petites vésicules extracellulaires qui expriment des paires de biomarqueurs choisis parmi CD10, CD63 et la phosphatase alcaline placentaire (PLAP) dans un échantillon obtenu à partir du sujet.
