TRAIN COLLISION PREVENTION METHOD AND DEVICE BASED ON TRAIN-TO-TRAIN COMMUNICATION, AND STORAGE MEDIUM

A train collision prevention method based on train-to-train communication. The method comprises the following steps: step A, a trackside resource controller initiating train-to-train communication according to an overlapping requirement for track resources applied for by different train controllers, and a deadlock prevention requirement, wherein direct train-to-train communication is established between different train controllers; step B, performing direct negotiation on track resources between different trains; and step C, the trackside resource controller revoking the train-to-train communication according to the current running state of a train and the running state of a signal system, wherein the application for and release of the track resources are both performed between each train controller and the trackside resource controller.
