The system comprises: a workover tool (4), which is disposed in a well to be repaired and is used for executing a workover operation task; a ground control device (3), which is arranged outside said well, is connected to the workover tool (4) by means of a logging cable (2) and is used for remotely controlling the workover tool (4) to operate; the logging cable (2), which is used for transmitting a control instruction from the ground control device (3) and providing a working power supply for the ground control device (3) and the workover tool (4); and a cable vehicle (1), which is arranged outside said well and is used for winding and unwinding the logging cable (2).
