The method comprises: when a tail service node of a first data flow link sends a message comprising a first control instruction or the tail service node receives a message used for generating a first control instruction, acquiring a first message sent by the tail service node, and recording a first moment when the first message is acquired; acquiring first delay information from the first message, wherein the first delay information is used for determining a second moment when a head service node of the first data flow link sends first data, and the first data is used for generating the first control instruction; and determining a first end-to-end delay of the first data flow link according to the first moment and the second moment.
