Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a proces s for separating alcohol mixtures with high water content using an extraction solvent. In particular, the present invention is directed to a proces s for the liquid-liquid extraction of a mixture of C2-C3 or C2-C4 alcohols from a mixture of C2-C3 or C2- C4 alcohols and water with an extraction solvent, where the extraction solvent is selected from isobutyraldehyde and an n-pentane/dimethyl acetal mixture. La présente invention concerne un procédé de séparation de mélanges d'alcools à haute teneur en eau à l'aide d'un solvant d'extraction. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un processus pour l'extraction liquide-liquide d'un mélange d'alcools C2-C3 ou C2-C4 à partir d'un mélange d'alcools C2-C3 ou C2-C4 et d'eau avec un solvant d'extraction, le solvant d'extraction étant choisi parmi l'isobutyraldéhyde et un mélange n-pentane/acétal diméthylique.
