Zusammenfassung:	An electrostatic spraying device and electrostatic spraying method provided in the present invention comprise: a glaze storage and adjustment apparatus, used for storing and stirring a glaze; a transfer isolation apparatus, used for receiving glaze from the glaze storage and adjustment apparatus; an electrostatic rotary bell spray gun, used for receiving glaze from a glaze transfer isolation barrel and spraying glaze onto a blank to be glazed located on a glaze line; a smart PLC controller, connected to the glaze storage and adjustment apparatus, the transfer isolation apparatus, and the electrostatic rotary bell spray gun; and a high-voltage electrostatic generator, connected to the electrostatic rotary bell spray gun and used for electrifying the electrostatic rotary bell spray gun.
