COPOLYMER AND PHOTOSENSITIVE RESIN COMPOSITION

Provided are a copolymer that yields a resin cured film having excellent solvent resistance and a photosensitive resin composition and a photosensitive coloring composition that use the copolymer. Also provided are a resin cured film having excellent solvent resistance that is obtained by curing the abovementioned photosensitive resin composition and photosensitive coloring composition and an image display element equipped with the resin cured film. The copolymer of the present invention contains a structural unit (ma-1) having an allyl group, a structural unit (ma-2) having a blocked isocyanate group, a structural unit (ma-3) having a hydroxy group, and a structural unit (ma-4) having an acid group. Le copolymère de la présente invention contient une unité structurale (ma1) ayant un groupe allyle, une unité structurale (ma-2) ayant un groupe isocyanate bloqué, une unité structurale (ma-3) ayant un groupe hydroxy, et une unité structurale (ma-4) ayant un groupe acide. 優れた耐溶剤性を有する樹脂硬化膜を与える共重合体、これを用いた感光性樹脂組成物及び感光性着色組成物を提供する。また、上記感光性樹脂組成物及び感光性着色組成物を硬化させてなる耐溶剤性に優れた樹脂硬化膜、これを具備する画像表示素子を提供する。本発明の共重合体は、アリル基を有する構造単位（ｍａ－１）と、ブロックイソシアナト基を有する構造単位（ｍａ－２）と、ヒドロキシ基を有する構造単位（ｍａ－３）と、酸基を有する構造単位（ｍａ－４）と、を含有する。
