Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is directed to new compounds based on polyelectrophilic metalated heterocycles derived from 2-(pyridin-2-yl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, to their obtaining procedure, as well as to their use as chemotherapeutic agents, in particular against tumours sensitive or resistant to other chemotherapeutic agents, such as cisplatin. La présente invention concerne de nouveaux composés à base d'hétérocycles métalatés polyélectrophiles dérivés de 2-(pyridin-2-yl)imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine, leur procédé d'obtention, ainsi que leur utilisation en tant qu'agents chimiothérapeutiques, en particulier contre des tumeurs sensibles ou résistantes à d'autres agents chimiothérapeutiques, tels que le cisplatine.
