| Zusammenfassung: | A method and device for improving PPG detection performance. The method comprises: determining a perfusion index of a user on the basis of a receiving current, the receiving current being a current obtained by a detection module detecting a light signal returned when light from a light source passes through the user's skin; determining a target current range according to the perfusion index of the user; and when the value of the receiving current is within the target current range, determining physiological information of the user by using the receiving current. According to the method, a target current range can be determined according to a perfusion index of a user, and then a receiving current used for detecting physiological information of the user is determined on the basis of the target current range, so that the accuracy of the physiological information of the user can be ensured, that is, the detection performance of a PPG detection device can be improved by means of the method.
