The present invention provides an ozone treatment device, which is not prone to insufficient sterilization or unnecessary ozone supply and can carry out effective sterilization operation on a treatment subject. A drum-type washing and drying integrated machine (1) comprises: a drum (23) and an outer tub (20) for accommodating a treatment subject; a drying device (100) comprising an ozone generator (140) and supplying ozone into the drum (23) and the outer tub (20); an ozone concentration measurement unit (150) for measuring the ozone concentration in the drum (23) and in the outer tub (20); and a control unit for controlling the action of the drying device (100).
